  • We went for a walk at Weaselhead and found several groups of very inquisitive Chickadees. These birds are very used to getting handouts from the park visitors and are easily enticed to land on an oustretched hand...©2009, Sean Phillips.http://www.Sean-Phillips.com

  • We went for a walk at Carburn Park to look for Chickadees. The birds tend to hang out in the same areas of the park that the White-tailed Deer do, and sure enough we came across lots of Deer during our walk. These Deer are very used to people (many people feed them regularly) and therefore are very curious and hopeful for a handout. I actually had one of them walk right up to me sniff my hands in hopes that I had a tasty treat. Sadly for the deer, I did not. ..©2010, Sean Phillips.http://www.Sean-Phillips.com

  • We were out for a walk inthe woods at Carburn Park and stopped to watch some chickadees when we realized that we were surrounded by deer. They were obviously used to being fed near there and they came runnin (looking for a handout) as soon as we stopped...©2009, Sean Phillips.http://www.Sean-Phillips.com
